The usual way

Most events are signed off as a pile of flat files

You approve the backdrop. Then the arch. Then the standee. Each one looks fine on its own, on a laptop screen.

The printer prints what he was sent. The first time anyone sees it all together is 7 am on the event day, when it is too late to move a 40 ft wall or fix a logo hidden behind the podium.

We plan every piece as one set, so it fits together before anything is printed.

We doWe ask for your date, venue, guest count and a floor plan or a few phone photos. Within one working day you get a list of every piece, with sizes, and the kit we suggest.

Week 1

We plan and design

We doEvery piece is designed as one set, so the backdrop, arch and standees match. Two rounds of changes are included.

We print and build

We doWe book the printing and building and chase them, so you never do. Printing and installation are quoted after the design is confirmed, with the best quote we can get.

About us

A small team with one simple idea

We are Amsa, Mani and Abisha, a small team in Bengaluru. We got tired of seeing owners juggle a designer, a printer, an event planner and a posting agency, with the price changing along the way.

Too many people, too many prices

Owners hire one person to design, another to print and a third to fit it. Nobody owns the result.

Good to know

Do you only design, or do you also print and set up?

We do all of it. We design, get the printing and building done, and our team sets up and takes down. You deal with one team and get one bill.

How much does it cost?

Every kit has a fixed design price that we agree in writing before work starts. Printing and installation depend on sizes and materials, so we quote them after the design is confirmed. Tell us what you are planning and you get a kit and a price within one working day.

What do you need from us?

Your logo, your text, the date, and a floor plan of the venue or a few phone photos with rough sizes. Most hotels and convention centres can send a floor plan the same day.

How early should I contact you?

About three weeks before the event works best. If your date is sooner, tell us and we will say honestly what is possible. Less than 48 hours’ notice costs 50% more on design.

How many changes are included?

Two rounds of changes on every piece. If you need more, we tell you the cost before we do it.
