Is the price fixed before you start?
Yes. We agree the scope and the price in writing before any work begins. Prices on this site are starting estimates for the design fee, and we confirm the final number with you.
What about printing and installation?
We handle both as part of our own production, so you deal with one team. They are quoted separately from the design fee, and you approve the quote before anything is printed.
How and when do I pay?
A 50% advance to start, and the balance before anything goes to print. We share final files after sign-off.
How many changes can I ask for?
Two rounds of changes are included. An extra round is a small extra charge, which we tell you before we start it.
